BOOK COVER DESIGN

The author of "Don't Pretend You Know Me," Noah Dale, was a graduating senior from Bethany Lutheran College in the spring 2020. This book was his thesis project. He approached me to create a cover design that reflected the nature of the story without revealing too much information.

This was a fun class project that was a blast to work on! The task was to create/recreate a cereal box. After burning through many different ideas, I decided to make "Yin Yangs." I really wanted to focus on bold/iconic typography and a mascot that will be easily remembered. I loved the whimsical vibe this project gave off!
